• VanSkyStudio retains full ownership and copyright of all photographs and creative works produced during the session, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered photographs for personal viewing, sharing, and printing. This license does not include the right to alter, sell, or distribute the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from VanSkyStudio.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of VanSkyStudio’s photographs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If commercial use of the photographs is desired, a separate licensing agreement must be negotiated and agreed upon with VanSkyStudio.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide clear communication regarding their preferences, expectations, and any specific requirements for their session.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for the scheduled photo session.
• Make any payments due in a timely manner as outlined in the booking confirmation or invoice.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in delays or the rescheduling of your session.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment for services must be made as specified in the booking confirmation. Deposits for securing a session are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their session, we require advance notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Refunds are only issued under special circumstances at the discretion of VanSkyStudio and in accordance with any specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

7. Liability

While VanSkyStudio takes every precaution to deliver services of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen accidents. In the unlikely event of significant issues, our liability will be limited to the cost of the session or a re-shoot at a mutually agreeable time.
