Return & Refund Policy — VanSky Studio Print Shop
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You may return eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Exclusions
Custom and personalized items (including custom-printed albums, personalized gift cards, and bespoke print editions) are non-returnable due to their unique nature. Digital products and downloads cannot be returned once delivered.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at cohen.hostel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
